Job description:
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient management of schedules for important appointments and events.
- Recording customer interactions and information in our system.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Using computer programs and systems to track data and process customer requests.
What we require:
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Experience in inbound and agenda management is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
